Answers Before You Ask

How long does an architecture project typically take?
From first conversation to handover, a typical residential project runs 12-18 months — about 3 months for design and approvals, 8-12 months for construction. Larger or more complex projects can run longer. We'll give you a realistic timeline at the proposal stage.
Do you handle municipal approvals?
Yes. We prepare all drawings required for PMC / PCMC submissions, coordinate with the structural consultant, and stay involved until your sanctions come through. We also guide you on documentation and fees.
Do you supervise construction or just design?
We stay involved through construction with periodic site visits, contractor coordination, material approvals, and quality checks. We're not a turn-key contractor, but we won't hand over drawings and disappear either — your build is our concern until handover.
What is your fee structure?
Architecture fees are typically a percentage of the project's construction cost, split across design stages. We'll share a detailed proposal after our first meeting, once we understand the scope and complexity of your project.
Do you work outside Pune?
Yes — we travel for projects across Maharashtra. Site visits are factored into the proposal. For projects further afield, we adjust the visit frequency accordingly.
